Scott VanDeWoestyne honored for his work with the City of Davenport

Scott VanDeWoestyne, talent and inclusion administrator for the City of Davenport, was honored for his work in helping develop the city’s new Davenport Strengths Institute. The program, which provides leadership development training for city staff, earned the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Strategic Leadership and Governance Award at this year’s ICMA National Conference.
