Registration for a new education program known as Level Up Manufacturing, presented by Women Lead Change (WLC), will close on Friday, Jan. 27.
The new six-week program is being offered in the Quad Cities by WLC, which piloted the program last year in Cedar Rapids.
Level Up is designed to support those in the Quad Cities manufacturing industry who are currently in mid-level management roles, and on a trajectory for management leadership roles.
The new program will run from February to March and be hosted at Eastern Iowa Community College.

Weekly sessions will focus on Leadership Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Fierce Conversations, Inclusive Cultures, and Growth Mindset.
The program is designed for both women and men who are current managers, supervisors, line leads and more who are expected to be in leadership roles in the near future. To be eligible, candidates must be endorsed by their organizations and approved for participation by their direct leaders/supervisors. All applicants should be able to meet the commitment expectations.
The cost for Level Up is $2,500/person, or $2,000/person for 2+ people. Classes will be held in person and include lunch, learning session, and peer-to-peer networking. The schedule is as follows: lunch, noon-12:30 p.m.; session, 12:30-2 p.m.; and questions & networking, 2-2:30 p.m.
