Per Mar Background Check Services, a division of Davenport-based Per Mar Security Services, has launched a new technology partnership with UKG, the security company announced Wednesday, Jan. 25.

It provides one of the largest and most collaborative partner ecosystems in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry focused on creating better employee experiences for all people, to improve business outcomes, the release said.
With this collaboration, organizations that utilize both Per Mar’s pre-employment screening services and UKG-Dimensions can simplify their hiring process. Per Mar’s pre-employment background checks can be requested with the click of a button.
According to Per Mar, the partnership will provide clients of all sizes with a seamless experience that will save time, increase efficiency, and streamline the hiring and onboarding process.
Per Mar partners with companies all over the U.S. and serves as an extension of their recruiting team to conduct background checks and drug tests.
