LeClaire chamber to host annual dinner Jan. 27

The LeClaire Chamber of Commerce is now selling tickets for its upcoming annual dinner and asking chamber members to cast their votes for the 2023 awards.

The event will be from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 27, at Steventon’s in LeClaire. The cost is $50 per person, paid in advance. To RSVP for the event, visit here. 

During the event, chamber leaders will discuss accomplishments from 2023 and present the annual business awards. Awards will be presented in these categories:  

• The Volunteer of the Year Award for an individual whose exceptional volunteer efforts contributed to the vibrancy of LeClaire.
• The Event of the Year Award recognizes the event (new or ongoing) that best demonstrates the hospitality and community spirit of LeClaire.
• The Golden Pineapple Customer Service Award recognizes the individual or business that best exemplifies the hospitality for which LeClaire is known. 
• The Brick and Mortar Award recognizes the business that has most improved (or built) its facility in keeping with the charm of LeClaire.
• The Spirit of LeClaire Award recognizes the business, individual or service who led with spirit as a shining example of perseverance.
