1000 Hershey Avenue, Muscatine, Iowa CREDIT JIM ELIASKENT’s adaptive re-use project will convert the former McKee Button factory into McKee Plaza. The historic button factory, which once was the largest freshwater pearl button factory in the world, will eventually house KENT Precision Foods and Pet Group offices and nearly 120 employees.
