First Central State Bank announces promotions

DEWITT, Iowa – First Central State Bank President and CEO Brigham Tubbs recently announced the promotions of five bank leaders.

The promotions include: 

Ryan Reiter
Eric Dunn
Cynthia Kaczinski
Caleb Jacobi
Matt McGuire
  • In Eldridge, Ryan Reiter and Eric Dunn received officer status, with Mr. Reiter being named senior credit analyst officer, and Mr. Dunn being an ag/commercial lending officer. Both men have served two years at First Central. Mr. Dunn began his banking career through an internship at Ohnward Bancshares.
  • In DeWitt, Cynthia Kaczinski is now an assistant vice president, teller operations officer. She brings 20 years experience at the bank. Matt McGuire is vice president, ag lending officer, and brings 11 years banking experience to the new role. 
  • Caleb Jacobi, from LeClaire, also was promoted to vice president, senior commercial lending officer. A 12-year veteran with First Central, he works with commercial clients in Scott County.

“Our team continues to go above and beyond for our clients,” Mr. Tubbs said in a news release. “These five individuals deserve to be recognized for maintaining our culture of going the extra mile.”
