CLINTON, Iowa – The Clinton Caregiver Support Group for those caring for people with Alzheimer’s will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 2, at the Grow Clinton office here. 

The support group, presented by the Alzheimer’s Association, the Alverno and Addington Place of Clinton, is held from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month in the Grow Clinton conference room, 721 S. Second St. 

The meetings offer a safe space for caregivers, family and friends of people with dementia to develop a support system, exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and solutions, talk through issues, learn about community resources and more, according to information provided by Grow Clinton.
