 BiBimBap Asian Fusion Bistro

 

5279 Competition Drive Bettendorf

 A fast casual restaurant, BiBimBap serves customizable Korean rice bowls including vegetable sides and meat, and served with a gochujang sauce.

OWNER/DEVELOPER: FG80 Investors, Bettendorf.

CONTRACTOR: Ginger Hop, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota.

ARCHITECT: Joseph Architectural Group, Rock Island.

COST: $81,146.

SIZE: 1,700 SF.


 DG Market

13932 110th Ave. Davenport

Part of the nationwide chain of discount stores, the new store will have more grocery space, freezers and a larger meat supply. Opening in August 2024.

OWNER/DEVELOPER: Dollar General of West Plains, Missouri.

CONTRACTOR: Courtney Construction, Mountain Grove, Missouri.

ARCHITECT: Kinetic Design & Development, Springfield, Missouri.

COST: $300,000.

SIZE: 12,644 SF.


 Indoor sports facility 

 

6945 Iron Tee Way Bettendorf

New sports facility, being built near TBK Bank Sports Complex, will include indoor turf fields for year-round use, including baseball, softball, soccer, football and lacrosse. Opening in 2025.

OWNER/DEVELOPER: Middle & Forest Grove, LLC, Bettendorf.

CONTRACTOR: Build To Suit, Bettendorf.

ARCHITECT: Studio 843 Architects, Rock Island.

COST: $12 million.

SIZE: 115,000 SF


Parr Instrument Company

211 53rd Street Moline

 The new state-of-the-art facility will double Parr’s existing space and house manufacturing operations. In addition, 26,000 SF of vacated space will be renovated for administrative use. The facility will include a two-bay, covered dock equipped with a five-ton crane system, 20-foot ceilings for larger products, and dust and mist collection systems. Expected completion is late spring 2025.

COST: $22.5 million.

St. Joan of Arc Catholic School

6900 Hopewell Ave. Bettendorf

New state-of-the-art school that will provide infant care, early childhood instruction and two sections of K-8. Opening date is fall of 2025.

ADDRESS: 6900 Hopewell Ave., Bettendorf.

OWNER/DEVELOPER: Joint venture between Our Lady of Lourdes Church/School and St. John Vianney Catholic Church, both in Bettendorf.

CONTRACTOR: Russell, Davenport.

ARCHITECT: Bray Architects, Davenport.

COST: $38.9 million.

SIZE: 79,900 SF

 


Russell Industrial Park Building 4

 

ADDRESS: 8440 Zenith Ave., Davenport.

 This is the fourth building in Russell’s new northwest Davenport industrial park. Building is designed to handle four tenants and could include 16 to 59 dock doors as well as offer 36-foot clear height, and two overhead drive-in doors. To be completed in the fall of 2024.

OWNER/DEVELOPER: Russell, Davenport.

CONTRACTOR: Russell.

ARCHITECT: Ware-Malcomb, Oak Brook, Illinois.

COST: $17,554,941.
