Vet Fest 2025 – a celebration of veterans and community – will be held from 1-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at LeClaire Park and the Bandshell in downtown Davenport.
The event will include food trucks, several foot races, vendors and live events for the family. There also will be wrestling from Honor Among Wrestling, a combat veteran-owned business in Bettendorf.
Here is a partial schedule of events:
- 1:30 p.m. – Ruck to Remember (with Uncommon Valor) – Honor heroes with a 9.3-mile ruck march.
- 2:30 p.m. – Patriot Day 15K – Push your limits in this commemorative long-distance run.
- 3 p.m. – Kid’s Circuit presented by Eaton – A half-mile dash for our youngest runners.
- 3:15 p.m. – Vet Fest Challenge presented by Veterans Choice Contracting – A fast-paced fitness test for all levels.
- 3:30 p.m. – River Way 5K presented by Schebler & Centennial Mile presented by Cross Point Baptist Church – Scenic, family-friendly routes along the river.
- 6 p.m. – Vet Fest Rumble presented by Toyota of Muscatine.
- 7 p.m. – Live music celebration.
The event sponsors include Mid-American Glazing Systems (MAGS), G O 2 Craft & Design, Angry Unicorn Fitness, and Baker Group.
