Western Illinois University and the Illinois Small Business Development Center will host a comprehensive workshop in Spanish on Thursday, Nov. 16, for small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Spanish-speaking community.
“Square Workshop” will begin at 5:30 p.m. Thursday on the Moline campus in Riverfront Hall, room 111.
The event features speaker and Square specialist Martin Guerrero, who will share his expertise in utilizing Square to revolutionize the way small businesses manage transactions, customer interactions and the overall efficiency of their operations, according to a news release.
“We believe this workshop is a unique opportunity for small business owners to enhance their understanding of Square’s Point of Sale system and how it can transform their daily operations,” SBDC Business Advisor Maria Ramos said in the release. “Our featured speaker is a true expert in this field, and we are excited to provide this knowledge to our community.”
