Choreo’s Kimberly Hillyard named a top woman advisor by Forbes

Choreo, LLC has announced that Kimberly Hillyard CFP was named a top woman advisor by Forbes, ranking her No. 2 on its Top Women Advisors Best-in-State list for Iowa. Ms. Hillyard was also recognized as a top wealth advisor for the state, coming in at No. 17.

Based in Choreo’s Cedar Rapids, Iowa, office, Ms. Hillyard has two decades of wealth management experience and serves as a managing director, wealth management, for the company. Choreo has a local Davenport office, with wealth management senior director Michael Giudici.

Forbes, in conjunction with SHOOK Research, has produced its Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in-State list for eight years. The 2024 list featured women managing more than $2.8 trillion in assets cumulatively. Every advisor on the list has at least seven years of experience. The rankings are based on an algorithm of qualitative data, not portfolio performance, according to the release.

In addition to Forbes, Ms. Hillyard’s accolades include being a named a 2024 Top 250 Most Influential Business Leader by the Corridor Business Journal, a 2017 Forty under 40 honoree by the Corridor Business Journal, a 2017 Outstanding Adult Volunteer finalist for the United Way of Eastern Central Iowa and a 2016 Women of Achievement in Leadership honoree by Waypoint Services.
