Registration is now open for Project NOW and Community Action’s second annual Rooting Out Poverty conference on Thursday,  April 18 at Rhythm City Casino Resort, Davenport. The theme for the day-long event is “Empower, Engage, Eradicate: Rooting Out Poverty Together…
