Developers of a Nature’s Treatment of Illinois cannabis dispensary and Truckers Jackpot Oasis gas station joined Rock Island city leaders, NTI employees and the project team Wednesday, April 1, to dig up the first scoops of dirt at the $22 million project’s groundbreaking CREDIT JENNIFER DEWITT

Using phrases such as “a long road,” “emotional ups and downs” and “rough ride,” developers of a new marijuana dispensary and gas station in Southwest Rock Island moved the needle on the major commercial development with a groundbreaking Wednesday, April 1.
