Shop some of the best small businesses the Wapsi Valley has to offer this weekend through the Wapsi Valley Shop Hop.
Shop Hop — which runs 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, and Sunday, Oct. 22, — offers the perfect opportunity to discover unique treasures, support local businesses and have a great time with friends and family, the event’s website states.
Maps including participating businesses and passports to check them off are available through any of the event sponsors. Follow the signs as you shop in DeWitt, Park View, Eldridge, Donahue, and the Porch Light Farm in rural Calamus, Iowa, the website states.
Participating shops will offer trendy clothing, accessories, handcrafted decor, artisanal goods and more, as well as exclusive discounts and local treats.
According to the event flyer, participating shops include Homestead Art & Studio, Daisy Lane, Cody Road Coffee, Emma Rae’s Antiques & Uniques, 2 Sisters Resale n’ Gifts, Sashollie Boutique, Sophie LuRoo, Porch Light Candle Company and more.
