Moline Mayor Sangeetha Rayapati will deliver her second State of the City address on Monday, Feb. 27, at Black Hawk College.
The event will be held in the Building 1 Auditorium on the college’s Moline campus and is open and free to the public. Doors will open at 8 a.m. with speeches beginning at 8:30 a.m. There will be refreshments beforehand.
Ms. Rayapati’s theme for 2023 will be “Pathways, Partnerships, and Prosperity.” There also will be remarks from Black Hawk College President Tim Wynes and Ryan Hvitløk, Moline’s community and economic development director.
