Looking for a senior living facility in the Quad Cities region? Your options keep growing.

The latest new complex to join the list is Meadowview of Davenport, which opened in March at 5330 Belle Ave. Meadowview is located just north of East 53rd Street near the Jersey Ridge Road intersection.

“Davenport was selected for this new community because there was a demonstrated need for more senior living in our area,” said Cyndi Koenes, Meadowview of Davenport’s director of sales. “This particular location was selected because it is on seven acres and provides easy access to physicians, dining, shopping, banking and churches for our residents.”

The 106-unit community located on seven acres includes a beauty salon and barber shop; spa services; bistro; theater; fireside lounge; fitness center; community room; numerous common spaces; activities and arts and crafts rooms; and a social and recreational calendar providing enrichment for residents.

Also, the stylish units are full of high quality finishes and conveniences such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, all residents have the benefit of heated underground parking.

Meadowview of Davenport offers a continuum of care ranging from independent living to assisted living and memory care.

Since opening, the public response has been great, Meadowview leaders said.

“Guests to the new community have commented about the high-quality finishes, the large windows bringing in a great natural light and the welcoming team,” said Gabe Licht, the content marketing manager for Meadowview.

Ms. Koenes added: “People are very interested in our property and love the Davenport location because it is close to shopping, banking, dining, medical care and churches.”

She said a grand opening celebration will likely happen this summer. In the meantime, Ms. Koenes is conducting private tours and luncheons of the new facility for potential residents.

Meadowview of Davenport is managed by Cassia. As an affiliate of Augustana Care and Elim Care, Cassia has more than 200 years of combined service. Cassia provides independent and assisted living communities, memory care, skilled nursing care centers, short-term rehabilitation centers, adult day programs and a variety of community-based services for older adults across five states.
