The Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce will host the region’s Illinois state legislators on Friday, April 3, for a Mid-Session Update meeting as part of its 2026 Legislative Event Series.
The event will be from 8 to 9 a.m. in the River Room of the Hyatt Place in East Moline. The cost is $20 for chamber members, $35 for non-members. Register here.
The format will feature each legislator giving a short briefing on the 2026 session’s latest developments and then guests will have an opportunity to speak with them one-on-one.
Legislators scheduled to attend the event include:
- Sen. Li Arellano, Jr., R-Dixon.
- Sen. Neil Anderson, R-Andalusia.
- Sen. Mike Halpin, D-Rock Island.
- Rep. Gregg Johnson, D-East Moline.
- Rep. Dan Swanson, R-Alpha.
