Best Real Estate Professionals as a part of the 2024 REALTrends Verified rankings, and one took home top honors for individuals by volume.
This ranking report by REALTrends, the Trusted Source in residential brokerage, and Tom Ferry The Thousand, ranks the most productive agents and teams on state and national levels based on closed transaction sides and closed volume in 2023.
Of the 1.5 million licensed Realtors nationwide, RealTrends Verified looks at the 22,000 top performers from every state. The rankings were tallied by volume, the total dollar value of the homes and other real estate contracts, and sides. In most real estate transactions, there is a buyer and a seller, which add up to two sides. To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed 40 residential transaction sides or $16 million in closed sales volume in 2023.
Mel Foster Co. agents ranked in the following categories by state. For Individuals by sides in Iowa, five Mel Foster agents made the top 87 list: Geri Doyle, Davenport office, No. 3; Lucky Lang II, Davenport office, No. 50; Lisa Carstens, Davenport office, No. 68; Candy Reaves, Davenport office, No. 76; and Jill Sorrell, Clinton, Iowa, office, No. 82.
For Individuals by volume, Ms. Doyle, of the Davenport office, ranked No. 1 in Iowa.
For Individuals by sides, in Illinois, two Mel Foster Co. agents ranked in the top 268: Dee Shepherd, Clinton, Iowa, office, No. 26, and Debbie Wright, Kewanee office, No. 98.
Ms. Doyle also was ranked in these categories: Individuals by sides, Top Agents in the Nation, No. 157 out of 4,920; and Individuals by volume, Top Agents in the Nation, No. 665 out of 10,136.
