Mayor says ‘East Moline is in a great place’

East Moline is a city moving forward in “high gear” with downtown revitalization, new businesses and a new fire chief.
That’s the word from East Moline Mayor Reggie Freeman during his 2026 East Moline State of the City Address presented Thursday afternoon, March 26, at The Bend Event Center on the city’s riverfront.
