Grace E. Mangieri is Lane & Waterman’s newest partner according to a press release from the firm.
Ms. Mangieri joined Lane & Waterman in 2019, focusing primarily on civil litigation, with an emphasis in legal and medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, products liability, and personal injury.
Prior to joining Lane & Waterman, Ms. Mangieri practiced in Chicago serving as National Coordinating Counsel for a leading product manufacturer, managing and coordinating litigation defense strategy in high indemnity jurisdictions.
Ms. Mangieri also has experience defending a wide array of corporate and individual clients in a range of matters, including noncompetition agreements, white collar investigations, environmental proceedings, and regulatory compliance in both U.S. state and federal courts.
She is actively involved in the Quad Cities community, currently serving on the Barristers’ Ball Committee and the Rock Island County Bar Association Board of Managers from 2020-2023. She has been recognized as an Illinois Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyer Magazine and listed in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for commercial litigation and environmental law.
Ms. Mangieri received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Iowa and her Juris Doctorate from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
She resides in Bettendorf with her twin boys.
