IowaWORKS will host its weekly “Opportunity Knocks Monday” job fair event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 3, at 1801 E. Kimberly Road, Davenport.
Here are the employers scheduled to be at the event:
- Comfort Keepers – Hiring for a caregiver.
- RJK – Hiring for warehouse and production.
- North Scott Community School District – Hiring for substitute staff, teachers, aides, custodians, food service and bus drivers.
- Mediacom Communications Corp. – Hiring for broadband specialist, and customer service and sales representatives.
- Genesis Health System – Hiring for nursing, and MAs.
- Durham School Services – Hiring for school bus drivers.
- Team Staffing – Hiring for industrial, warehouse, general heavy laborers, welders, CNC operators, and other related positions.
- FEDEX – Hiring for warehouse package handlers, part-time, beginning at $15-$16/hour, as well as other positions including administrative and manager positions.
- Skip-A-Long Community Service — Hiring for teachers, assistant teachers, accounting and more.
- Walmart – West Kimberly Road – Hiring for cashiers, stocking and digital shopper.
