Hotel owner, operator and developer Hotel Equities (HE) has added the Wyndham Moline on John Deere Commons to its management portfolio – marking the second Moline hotel property it now manages.
The Atlanta-based HE announced in a news release Monday, June 12, that it has assumed management of the 163-room Wyndham. The hotel, located on the Mississippi River and next to the Vibrant Arena at the Mark, is owned by Moline Hotel, LLC.
Earlier this month, Hotel Equities announced it had assumed management for the Element Moline, also in downtown Moline. The Element Moline is owned by Moline Promenade Investors, LLC.

The Wyndham Moline on John Deere Commons is located at the corner of 15th Street and River Drive.
