Hand in Hand Chili Cook-Off set for Feb. 4

Get ready for an afternoon of chili.

The 14th Annual Hand in Hand Chili Cook-Off is set for 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Fair Center at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, 2815 W. Locust St., Davenport.

Admission is $15 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-12 years old, and free admission for children 4 years old and younger.

The money raised helps Hand in Hand’s programs and empowers children and adults of all abilities to learn and grow while supporting families. Tickets to the Chili Cook-Off are available at the door on Saturday or at the group’s website here. 

In addition to featuring more than 20 different chilis from teams across the region, the event will include many activities for children. Those events include face painting, magic, carnival games and balloon animals.

There will also be many prizes given away during raffles.
