Gilda’s Club is hosting a free workshop, Cancer and Nutrition: Ask the Dietician, for anyone impacted by cancer.
The workshop will be from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 8, at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities Moline Clubhouse, 600 John Deere Road, Suite 101.
Lori Bumbaco, MS, RDN, CSO, LDN with cancer nutrition care, will present an overview of inflammation, how food choices can influence inflammation, some of the frequently asked questions, and also practical steps you can take.
This workshop is open to the public and offered both in-person and virtually. Participants can register to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom. Registration is required.
