Outdoor enthusiasts are invited to the Fishing, Hunting & Outdoor Adventure Show this weekend at the QCCA Expo Center. The annual show runs from Thursday to Sunday, Feb. 12-15.
Tickets and additional event details, including Breakfast with the Pros, are available online at www.qccaexpocenter.com. Tickets at the door for $8 for adults, $1 for kids age 6 to 15 and free for kids under 6.
Show hours are: Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Seniors Day (all veterans and anyone over age 65 is $6); Saturday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The event features a variety of exhibitors showcasing the latest in fishing gear, hunting equipment, outdoor apparel, boats and adventure-focused products. Seminars on fishing and hunting techniques will be offered every half hour, and a Kids Kamp will provide hands-on activities for children.
Attendees can browse vendor booths and learn from knowledgeable exhibitors on outdoor recreation.
A special event, the annual Breakfast with the Pros, will take place Saturday morning. For a $20 ticket, a child and an adult chaperone can enjoy breakfast with professional anglers, hear fishing stories and receive tips. The ticket includes a free fishing rod, tackle pack and admission to the show.
