Suggested information to include: what your company does, industries it serves, how long it's been around, how many employees it employs, and where it's located, etc.
Name of the individual(s) who will be accepting the award on your company's behalf(Required)
One-minute (or less) video that explains what your company does. The video will play at the awards banquet. Submitting a video is optional but strongly encouraged. The video must have sound. Please share a link for us to download your video, such as a Google/Dropbox link, file share, etc. If it is easier, videos can be emailed to Emily Bettridge, Event Communications Manager, at [email protected].
