Don’t miss QCBJ’s 90 Ideas in 90 Minutes

90 Ideas

Need some new ideas to build your business, your team or yourself? Then plan on joining the Quad Cities Regional Business Journal for its 90 Ideas in 90 Minutes event on Wednesday, March 1.

The second annual 90 Ideas will feature nine Quad Cities business and community leaders each sharing their 10 best ideas in a TED Talk-like format. This year’s event will be from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Davenport Junior Theatre on the Annie Wittenmyer campus at 2822 Eastern Ave.

The 2023 speaker lineup will feature these leaders giving their best ideas and rules to live by:

Nate Clark, president, John Deere Foundation.

Dwight Ford, executive director, Project NOW Inc.

Heidi Huiskamp-Collins, founder, Huiskamp Collins Investments LLC.

Amy Novak, president, St. Ambrose University.

Heidi Parkhurst, senior resident director, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Decker Ploehn, city administrator, City of Bettendorf.

Jim Russell, CEO, Russell.

Paul VanDuyne, president & CEO, IMEG Corp.

Jordan Voigt, president, Genesis Medical Center.

“We are excited to again present 90 Ideas in 90 Minutes – at a new location and time with these exceptional leaders and their best ideas,” said John Lohman, CEO and founder of the North Liberty, Iowa-based Corridor Media Group, parent company of the QCBJ and its sister publication, Corridor Business Journal. “How often do you get this many leaders to share their collective knowledge in a fun and fast-paced event environment with networking opportunities?”

The cost is $40 per person and includes a networking event after the program. All attendees will receive the leaders’ 90 Ideas published in an exclusive print publication.

The event’s schedule is: 5-5:30 p.m., registration; 5:30-6:30 p.m., program; and 6:30-7:30 p.m., networking with appetizers and drinks, as well as a chance to meet the speakers.

This year’s 90 Ideas sponsors to date are: IMEG Corp. and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
