Concerned Citizens group still fighting possible energy plant

    Plans to bring a $400 million energy generating facility to prime farmland in rural Scott County are still being opposed by many local landowners.

    Many of those landowners and residents gathered Thursday night, May 28, to prepare opposing statements to submit to the state commission that could give approval to the project.
