Sample the best foods and drinks the Quad Cities has to offer while raising money for music education programs at Common Chord’s QC Flavor Fest coming up on Thursday, Oct. 5, at the nonprofit, 129 North Main St., Davenport.
The festival — which will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. — will include more than a dozen sampling stations featuring favorite Quad Cities restaurants and food providers, live music, silent and live auction items.
Tickets are $40 per person, and all proceeds will go directly to Common Chord’s music education programs, according to a news release. Common Chord provides area youth with a variety of educational and enrichment programs to provide access to musical experiences and build positive relationships.
“Common Chord embraces our role in the community as we activate music and seek to
make a difference in the lives of our neighbors,” said Common Chord Executive Director Tyson Danner in the release. “The love of music knows no boundaries, and working together, we are changing lives.”
