CLINTON, Iowa — The Clinton County Development Association (CCDA) has opened its grant application process for the Spring 2026 funding round, offering a total of $500,000 for projects focused on economic, civic or community development within Clinton County.
Applications became available Thursday, Jan. 15, and must be submitted online through the CCDA website at http://www.clintoncountydevelopment.org.
Organizations may request a maximum of $75,000 and must provide a 25% match for the project. The CCDA specifies that “in-kind contributions of labor or land” do not count toward the match, but “in-kind material contributions will qualify.”
The deadline for application submission is 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11. To be eligible, organizations cannot have more than two open CCDA grants at the time of the deadline. Grant awards will be announced in June.
The CCDA also is offering a free preparatory session “CCDA: Grant Ready – From Idea to Application” on Tuesday, Feb. 19. The session, which is open to non-profit and governmental organizations in Clinton County, will cover the grant process and include a Q&A with board members. To register, visit the CCDA website.
