CCDA Spring 2022 grant applications available

Grant applications for the Spring 2022 grant round are available beginning Wednesday, Jan. 12, both online and at the Clinton County Development Association (CCDA) website. Applications are due March 9.

The grants are available to help create economic, civic or community development within Clinton County, CCDA said in a news release. The 2022 allocation for the Spring Grants has been set at $575,000. Applicants can apply for a maximum of $75,000 and must show a 25% match.

In determining whether an organization meets the matching funds requirement, in-kind contributions of labor or land will not qualify toward the 25%, the release said. In-kind material contributions will qualify. To be considered, an organization cannot have more than two open CCDA grants at the time of application.

Those interested may begin a grant application online, save it and return to complete it later. All applications must be submitted online by the 4:30 p.m. March 9 deadline. The spring grants will be awarded in June.

For assistance with the grant process or any questions, contact Jennifer Gutierrez, CCDA administrative agent, at (563) 242-5702 or admin@clintoncountydevelopment.org.
