With the region’s annual salute to Quad Cities restaurants rapidly approaching, Visit Quad Cities unveiled the list of participating eateries for its 13th annual QC Restaurant Week set for April 7-13.
Visit QC also announced that Friday, March 21, is the last call for nominations for outstanding restaurant workers at the diverse lineup of locally owned eateries, cafes, breweries, and fine dining establishments joining this year’s weeklong celebration.
That’s why Restaurant Week is designed to both showcase the Quad Cities’ unique culinary scene and the workers who make it special, Visit QC said. They are, the tourism group says, the dedicated individuals who make the QC dining experience special.
This year, the expanded program will recognize not only servers but also bartenders, chefs, baristas, hosts, kitchen staff, and all restaurant employees who go above and beyond. So don’t miss Friday’s deadline for a chance to honor your favorite Restaurant Stars. Community members and patrons can submit their nominations at qcrestaurantweek.com.
The winning nominees will be surprised at their workplace during QC Restaurant Week.
“QC Restaurant Week is the perfect time to try something new and support the local restaurants that define our regional identity,” Lindsey Row, Visit Quad Cities director of public relations and communication, said in a news release.
“This year, we’re introducing exciting new elements, including a digital mobile pass to make dining even more rewarding and continuing our tradition of honoring the hardworking people who help our culinary scene thrive,” she added.

Some six dozen restaurant locations are taking part in this year’s promotion. For the first time, diners can enhance their QC Restaurant Week experience with a free mobile pass powered by Bandwango, Visit Quad Cities said. This digital pass offers a seamless way to explore participating restaurants, view special deals and discounts, and check in at locations all without downloading an app.
