DEWITT, Iowa – There’s a big weekend planned for DeWitt’s 37th Annual Autumn Fest.
The weekend starts with a movie night in Lincoln Park on Friday, Sept. 20. At dusk, there will be a showing of “Super Mario Bros,” sponsored by IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union.
Then from 4-8 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21, the downtown will come alive with a car cruise and show, live music from the Dietz Soliz Band, a beverage garden, and hayrack rides. For the kids, there will be face painting, a balloon artist and a sidewalk chalk art contest. There also will be food vendors, a dunk tank, bounce houses, and craft vendors.
