Marcia Erickson, a certified business and executive coach with ActionCOACH, a business coaching franchise, will host several upcoming virtual courses for Quad Cities business leaders.
Beginning in September, the 12-week Masterclasses will provide participants with practical strategies, valuable insights, and actionable tools to transform their business practices. Classes include:
- An all new in-person Leadership Masterclass beginning Sept. 19 that breaks down leadership fundamentals, fostering organizational culture, and developing emotional intelligence.
- The virtual Business Basics course will cover practical and proven business strategies, knowledge sharing and networking, personal growth and business education and others.
- The in-person Management Master Class includes courses on managing tasks, planning and goals.
- The virtual Sales Master Class breaks down the sales process and techniques and more.
