The Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce now is accepting nominations for its annual business awards to be presented at its 2026 Annual Meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 5.
The awards recognize organizations that make a significant impact in the Quad Cities region. Award categories include: Corporation of the Year; Small Business of the Year; and Business of Excellence.
The awards will be part of the annual meeting, which will introduce a new format. The event, which will be held at Rhythm City Casino & Resort, Davenport. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be at 3:30 p.m., followed by a program at 4 p.m. To register for the meeting, visit QuadCitiesChamber.com.
“This year, we’re putting a fresh spin on the QC Chamber’s Annual Meeting with a more social atmosphere designed to bring our members together,” Peter Tokar III, the chamber’s president & CEO, said in a recent news release. “We’ll celebrate the accomplishments of the past year, share priorities for FY27 and highlight the impact of the programs and advocacy efforts that help businesses succeed.”
Chamber members are encouraged to nominate area businesses to be recognized for the various awards. Nominees must be chamber members in good standing at the time of the nomination.

Here’s a look at the awards to be presented Aug. 5:
- Corporation of the Year – The award recognizes a large business or corporation that has demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership and commitment to the Quad Cities community. - Small Business of the Year – The award recognizes an outstanding small business that exemplifies entrepreneurship, resilience and community engagement.
