Bettendorf reminds community of July 4th parade, festivities deadlines 

With the 4th of July fast approaching, the City of Bettendorf is reminding the community about some approaching deadlines for its annual celebration.

To be a participant in this year’s parade, visit www.bettendorf.org/Parade. The entry fee is $20 until the first deadline of Sunday, June 23.

To be a food or craft vendor at this year’s festival, visit www.bettendorf.org/Festival. The deadline for applications is Friday, June 14.

The parade will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 4, in Downtown Bettendorf. It takes off from the intersection of 23rd and State streets and travels east on State Street. It then curves around to Grant Street, goes west on Grant to 16th Street, turns south on 16th Street, goes east on State Street, and ends at 21st Street.
