Gilda’s Club is hosting a free educational workshop from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 24, at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities Davenport Clubhouse, located at 1351 W. Central Park Ave., Suite 200.
Join Carole Ferch, a registered dental hygienist for the Scott County Health Department, for a presentation on how mouth health can affect overall health and vice versa. Participants will learn about oral health clearance prior to cancer treatment, tips on maintaining oral health through treatment, and what oral health resources are available.
