Those introductions came in the form of a Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony, tours, demonstrations, educational presentations and more for a crowd on hand celebrating the grand opening of the clinic at 4613 Progress Drive, Davenport.WOW is located in the same 10,000-square-foot medical building that houses the Midwest Medical Clinic, which opened in late 2022. (The building is just off Utica Ridge Road and north of UnityPoint Health Trinity Hospital.)The two separate medical clinics are owned by the husband-wife team of Dr. D.V. Singh and Dr. Kaur. There are a total of 15 employees working in the two health offices, said Dr. Singh.Since WOW’s opening in April, customers have been giving it rave reviews, said Dr. Kaur. “They say it’s beautiful. … They love it.” The many visitors on Tuesday agreed.“A lot of this is cutting-edge stuff; it’s new to the community,” said Scott Naumann, a chamber member and director of business with Point Builders, the contractor that helped create the medical building.The medical spa is “committed to helping each client enhance their natural beauty … and offer the newest technology and techniques in cosmetic treatment, along with superior skincare products,” according to the WOW Aesthetics & Laser website.Some of the services offered include:
Medical weight loss.
Hair restoration.
Medical facials.
Chemicals peels.
Laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation.
Laser tattoo removal.
Non-surgical facelift.
In addition to the services, the WOW offices are meant to put the patients at ease. For instance, the waiting area has a fireplace, and a large TV screen showing tropical beach scenes from around the world. Dr. Kaur said the big list of services and the office atmosphere are all meant to help patients and make them feel comfortable. “We have put our heart and soul into this. …. It has it all.”
