The Rock Island Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Revive Rock Island: Spring Market Fest event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 19.
“After the overwhelming success of our Fall Market Fest, we couldn’t resist expanding our offerings to include a spring shopping experience,” said Dan Gleason, special events and fundraising manager. “The enthusiasm from both vendors and attendees has been inspiring. We’re looking forward to creating another memorable day in the park filled with spring and summer treasures for everyone to enjoy.”
The free event will feature more than 40 diverse vendors showcasing an array of handmade crafts and goods, vintage wares, unique gifts, candles, soaps, sweets, jewelry, apparel, accessories and more. Attendees can enjoy various food concessions options including Wolfe It Down Pizza and grilled foods from the parks department.
