The nonprofit group Emerging Black Professionals of the Quad Cities will present “A Touch of Class” – a business networking event focused on minority professionals – on Thursday, May 2, at the Hilton Garden Inn, 969 Middle Road, Bettendorf.
The event will feature a nonprofit fair to enable attendees to learn about opportunities for volunteerism and board service. Rev. Dwight Ford will provide the keynote address.
A portion of the event’s proceeds will go to support ongoing support at TMBC at the Lincoln center.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The event will be from 6-8 p.m. Admission is open to all. Tickets are $10 in advance; $15 at the door and can be purchased online at www.ebpqc.com. Business casual attire is required.

The Emerging Black Professionals of the Quad Cities is a 501c3 nonprofit organization which seeks to create and empower a community of African American professionals who are willing to make an impact on the community.
