Humility Homes and Services is asking the community to help contribute essential hygiene products to its “Hearts for Humility” Hygiene Drive, going on now through Thursday, Feb. 29.
“We’re on a mission to support the resilient individuals and families working towards a stable and dignified living situation,” organizers said on Humility Homes’ website. “Your contributions are more than just items; they are a beacon of hope for those rebuilding their lives.”
Hygiene drive organizers are seeking new and unused personal care items, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant and more.
“These donations provide the fundamental comforts of home, promoting health, self-care and personal dignity to those transitioning into new beginnings,” the website states.
To participate, donors may purchase items through Humility Homes’ Amazon wish list, or drop off items in person at:
- Corner Closet Donation Center, 525 Fillmore St., Davenport.
