NAI Ruhl Commercial Company recently honored its 30-person team for a year that the Quad Cities real estate firm said required resilience and creativity in getting deals across the finish line.

At its annual award night Thursday, Feb. 26, the Ruhl Commercial team was praised for its character and dedication as the company presented its annual awards.

“Our team demonstrated in 2025 what experienced commercial representation truly looks like,”  Chris Beason, company president, said in a news release Friday, March 6. “They navigated challenging negotiations, worked through complex situations, and stayed persistent when transactions required steady leadership to move forward.”

He added “Their market knowledge, credibility, and ability to collaborate across brokerage, property management, and maintenance kept transactions moving forward where they could have easily fallen apart.”

At the event, Mr. Beason said this year’s awards “reflect the preparation, professionalism, and responsibility our team brings to advising businesses and investors in high stakes decisions. I am proud of how our people show up for our clients and for one another, and it is that consistency and collaboration that strengthen our reputation and keep NAI Ruhl Commercial the trusted market leader in this region.”

Congratulating the team, Pete Hadjis, NAI Ruhl Commercial sales manager/vice president, said “From our brokers to our administrative, finance, marketing, property management, and maintenance teams, every award represents a true collective effort.”

The awards, he said in the release, represent more than production. “They represent character, longevity, and teamwork. We are incredibly proud of the culture built, the longevity within our office, and the way our professionals continue to rise to the occasion and set the standard for commercial real estate in our market.”
