OSKALOOSA, Iowa — Musco has been named a 2025 Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register, marking the third consecutive year the lighting company has received the honor.
The recognition is based on team member feedback gathered through a third-party survey conducted by Energage, which measures aspects of workplace culture such as respect, support, growth opportunities, and empowerment.
“We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition because it comes directly from our team,” said Shelly Herr, president of Musco Lighting. “At Musco, we know that when people feel valued, supported, and inspired, they do their best work. That’s what drives our innovation and service. This award reflects the culture we’ve built together.”
