“The Career Expo reflects the strong role higher education plays in workforce development by intentionally connecting students with employers who are seeking emerging talent,” said Audrey Adamson, WIU executive director of campus operations. “Through a partnership of five colleges, this event creates access to a wide range of industries and career pathways while helping employers build sustainable talent pipelines.”
Ms. Adamson called the fair a “meaningful opportunity for students to apply their learning, explore professional options and take proactive steps toward career readiness.”
The event is open to all students and alumni, as well as community members who are college graduates or currently enrolled in a degree program.
