Vendors sought for RAGBRAI Davenport tire dip

RAGBRAI

Vendors are being sought by the Davenport RAGBRAI Committee to help welcome thousands of bicycle riders as they arrive in the Quad Cities to dip their tires in the Mississippi River.

The committee is looking for both food and non-food vendors to serve riders on the 50th RAGBRAI’s last day on Saturday, July 29, in Centennial Park on Davenport’s riverfront. This year’s theme is “Be Bold. Ride Gold.”

Food trucks, food stands, artists, activities and non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply and the deadline is Friday, June 30. The committee will decide on a rolling basis if a vendor application is accepted. All permits and payments are also due by June 30.

Vendor fees are $250 for a for-profit organization and $150 for a nonprofit. Vendor forms can be found here.

All food vendors must provide Visit Quad Cities with a copy of a current permit from the Scott County Health Department. The Temporary Food Application is available online or by contacting the Scott County Health Department at 428 Western Ave., Davenport or (563) 326-8618.
