United Way’s Day of Caring is May 18

United Way Quad Cities is rounding up more than 1,000 volunteers for the annual Spring Day of Caring coming up on May 18. 

Throughout the Quad Cities, volunteers may join a variety of projects, from sprucing up schools and playgrounds to helping area agencies, nonprofits and communities paint, clean up and more, according to the United Way.
