Top of the World Ranch, a leading addiction recovery center in Milan, has announced the launch of its new On-Site Detox Program, set to begin accepting clients on Wednesday, March 5.
Top of the World Ranch is set upon a private 315-acre property at 3333 155th Ave. It is in-network with all major insurance companies. Clients benefit from an expert staff that are all trained in the latest modalities, according to the company’s Facebook page.

The detox program will take place in home-like accommodations, designed to provide a calm, rejuvenating environment for clients as they begin their recovery. Amenities include semi-private rooms, chef-prepared meals, holistic therapies, and access to the Ranch’s expansive natural landscape to support physical and emotional well- being during detoxification.
This addition to the Ranch’s comprehensive treatment offerings ensures that individuals can now undergo medically supervised detox in the same supportive environment where they can continue their recovery journey. Individuals from other treatment centers that may not have a dedicated detox may also utilize this program and be transferred back upon completion.
With the introduction of this program, Top of the World Ranch will provide a fully staffed medical detox unit, featuring round-the-clock nursing care, an on-site Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), and highly trained support staff. The facility opened in June of 2018.
