The Second Annual Quad Cities Street Rod Nationals show will be Friday and Saturday, Aug. 15-16, at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport.
The show will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The Circle of Winners event will be 4-5 p.m. Saturday, and an awards ceremony will be at 5 p.m. Saturday. Go here for more information.
The Street Rod Nationals will showcase hundreds of vintage vehicles, a commercial exhibit hall, swap meet, arts and crafts, games for all ages, and live music. Additional fan favorites include Nick Donovan’s Rockin’ Road Show, a coloring contest, the Circle of Winners, and engaging family-friendly attractions.
The Street Road Nationals is being presented by the National Street Rod Association (NSRA), in partnership with Visit Quad Cities.
“The Street Rod Nationals is not just an event, it’s an experience,” said Joan Kranovich, vice president of Business Growth and director of Sports QC at Visit Quad Cities. “It’s a high-impact activation that adds fuel to our tourism economy while revving up pride across the community.”
Tickets are $20 each for adults; $6 for children ages 6 to 12; free for children ages 5 and under; and a family package (two adults and three kids 12 and under) for $45.
Discounted tickets are available at any O’Reilly Auto Parts store. Also, there is an $18 admission for military personnel (with ID), discounts for NSRA members (with card), and discounts for people over 60.
