St. Ambrose University announced that SAU administrative coordinator and alumna Kara Baker will deliver the keynote address at the Davenport university’s 2024 winter undergraduate commencement ceremony.
Ms. Baker, a higher education professional with 20 years experience, serves as program administrative coordinator for the St. Ambrose University Presentation Sisters Department of Nursing. She is a proud alumna of St. Ambrose, earning her Master of Organizational Leadership degree in 2019. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
Her distinguished career includes leadership roles such as staff assembly president and serving on the presidential inauguration committee for St. Ambrose President Amy Novak in 2021.
The 2024 winter undergraduate commencement ceremony will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the RiverCenter in downtown Davenport.
