    Rock Island veterans homes project

    ADDRESS: 950 31st Ave., Rock Island

    CONTRACTOR: Carlson Construction, Joliet, Illinois

    ARCHITECT: Melotte Leonatti Parker, Springfield, Illinois

    COST: $8.6 million

    SIZE: 25 small homes

    DETAILS: Project will build 25 small homes for military veterans on a 4.5-acre total parcel. Construction is expected to be complete next year.

    Bubba’s 33

    ADDRESS: Corner of 53rd Street/Ravenwood Drive, Davenport

    OWNER: Texas Roadhouse, Inc.

    SIZE: 7,200 square feet

    DETAILS: Bubba’s restaurant, an affiliate of Texas Roadhouse, is expected to open in late 2026 or spring of 2027.

    Skip-A-Long (SAL) Childhood Center

    ADDRESS: 11th Street/21st Avenue, Rock Island

    OWNER: SAL Community Services, Moline

    CONTRACTOR: Estes Construction, Davenport

    ARCHITECT: Vantage Architects, Davenport

    COST: $15.7 million

    SIZE: 32,500 square feet

    DETAILS: A new SAL child care facility and welcoming center is expected to open in the fall of 2026.

    LeClaire YMCA

    ADDRESS: 905 Eagle Ridge Road, Davenport

    OWNER: YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley, Davenport

    CONTRACTOR: Bruce Builders, Eldridge

    ARCHITECT: Legat Architects, Moline

    COST: $18 million

    SIZE: 45,000 square feet spanning two buildings.

    DETAILS: A new full-service YMCA facility is scheduled to open in late 2026.

    QCRH Headquarters (Quad City Bank & Trust branch)

    ADDRESS: 5200 Relationship Drive, Bettendorf

    OWNER: QCR Holdings Inc., Moline

    CONTRACTOR: Russell, Davenport

    ARCHITECT: Streamline Architects, Moline

    COST: Multi-million dollar project (exact cost N/D)

    SIZE: 98,000 square feet

    DESCRIPTION: New headquarters for the multi-bank holding company along with a new branch for its bank subsidiary, QCBT. Project completion: End of 2026.

    Bettendorf Middle School

    ADDRESS: 2030 Middle Road, Bettendorf

    OWNER: Bettendorf Community School District

    CONTRACTOR: Russell, Davenport

    ARCHITECT: Bray Architects, Davenport

    COST: $33.7 million (total project)

    DETAILS: Project is a five-year plan to renovate, expand and modernize the school. The first phase is scheduled for completion in June 2026.
